Please, try to use explanatory expressions and try ask clear questions when you are performing the search as much as possible. For example; such as, “What are the payment terms?” or “Can we buy tickets by instalments?”

Do you need to cancel ticket(s) due to unforeseen circumstances?
We give you 3 days to change your mind. Our tickets are fully refundable for 72 hours after your purchase (up until 2 weeks before the event). The only thing you need to do in order to request a refund is to fill our online form in. Please read our complete terms and conditions in order to make sure you’re eligible for a Fan Guarantee request.

Exchanges can only be made with one of our customer agents by phone: please call 070/222.107 (max. 30ct/min).
A request for an exchange or upgrade will always be subject to ticket availability and an admin fee of 2,5€ per ticket will be charged. As the price difference will have to be paid in order to confirm the upgrade, please make sure you have a valid credit card when calling.

Exceptions for cancellation requests:

  • Each request is final and irreversible.
  • The request must be made within 72h after the original purchase and refunds are not available on bookings made within 14 days of the event.
  • The request can only be submitted by the original purchaser and the refund will only be made on the original bank account (please note it is not possible to cancel tickets that were paid by bank transfer).
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded.
  • We can only cancel the tickets themselves –  if you added any extras to your order like insurance or collector tickets, you’ll still be charged for these (e.g. insurance, parking, Collector Ticket,…).
  • Exceptions include VIP, Platinum and other premium tickets, tickets purchased through auction or resale, tickets bought in a point of sale, tickets purchased with additional related items or bundled products, orders paid by bank transfer, series event bundle packages, season tickets, and tickets subsequently offered at a discount.
  • We operate a “Fair Use Policy” in respect of the Fan Guarantee, under which one customer can only submit a request per month and maximum 3 requests in a year - regardless of whether such Requests are successful or not.

Exceptions for exchange requests:

  • Each request is final and irreversible.
  • Each request will lead to a service fee up to 2,5€ per ticket when this is requester after 72h of the purchase. This will automatically be added to your order.
  • The request can only be submitted by the original purchaser.
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded. If the ticket needs to be resend to our customer service, postal charges are not supported by Ticketmaster Fan Guarantee.
  • We can only exchange tickets themselves –  if you added any extras to your order like insurance or collector tickets, you’ll still be charged for these (e.g. insurance, parking, Collector Ticket,…).
  • Exceptions include VIP, Platinum and other premium tickets, tickets purchased through auction or resale, tickets bought in a point of sale, tickets purchased with additional related items or bundled products, series event bundle packages, season tickets, and tickets subsequently offered at a discount.
  • In case of festival tickets, daily tickets can’t be exchanged for another date.
  • We operate a “Fair Use Policy” in respect of the Fan Guarantee, under which one customer can only submit a request per month and maximum 3 requests in a year - regardless of whether such Requests are successful or not.
