Please, try to use explanatory expressions and try ask clear questions when you are performing the search as much as possible. For example; such as, “What are the payment terms?” or “Can we buy tickets by instalments?”

You need to simply follow these instructions:

  • Click on "Account" in the top right-hand corner of the page
  • Log in with the email address that you used to set up your account
  • Select "Newsletters and Marketing" under the "Settings" header
  • Uncheck the "Newsletter" option
  • Click on "Update preferences"

It could take up to 72 hours before your changes are duly processed.

 

Do you regret your unsubscription?
Simply repeat the various steps listed above and check "Newsletter" again!

1. If you move before your tickets are sent, you may change the address in your account under the heading "Edit address".

2. If you move, and your tickets have been sent, you should contact our client service by mail or by calling 070 222 107 (0.3€/min)

3. If you move and you have opted for electronic tickets, you may change your address in your account under the heading "Edit address". It is not necessary to reprint your tickets.

Your account enables you at any given moment to access all your orders. It also allows you to print your electronic tickets.

Creating an account is very easy! 

 

  • Click on "Account"
  • Click on "Login"
  • Click on “Register”
  • Fill in the required fields (make sure you include a valid e-mail address that is in regular use. We will use it to contact you in case an event/show is cancelled or postponed)
  • If you do not wish to receive our newsletter, simply check the box next to “No, I would not like Ticketmaster newsletters and general marketing including special offers or information that might be of interest by electronic means. ”
  • Click on the “Accept and Continue” button.

 

Congratulations, you have created an account! You can now order tickets, have a look at your reservations, print e-tickets and make changes to your profile.

Don't panic! To obtain a new password, you should simply click on the "Account" tab, You click on the link "Forgot your password?" You will receive a temporary password by mail. 

This temporary password will enable you to access your account.

Careful! For security reasons, this temporary password is valid for 30 minutes only! You should set up your new password through the "Edit profile" tab.
