  • If you notice that you forgot to enter your street number or apartment number and your tickets have already been sent by post, please contact customer service by e-mail or telephone.
     
  • If you notice that you forgot to enter your street number or apartment number and you selected the e-tickets option, you can add these to your address in your account, under the ‘Change address’ tab. You don’t need to print out your tickets again.
