A) By bank transfer:

  • No additional costs.
  • Your seats will remain reserved for five working days. After that, your order will be automatically cancelled.
  • Your tickets will be sent to you as soon as we have received your payment.
  • You will receive a confirmation with all the necessary information as soon as your order is completed.

Note: this is a booking. Your order is only valid once we have received your payment.

Unfortunately, payment by bank transfer is not possible for all our events.


B) Using Bancontact/Maestro:

  • Payment is fast and safe (the steps you need to take may vary depending on your bank).
  • For optimum security, we use 3D Secure for all debit card payments.
  • Your tickets will be sent to you the same day (or the following day).
  • An additional cost of 2.1% on the overall amount of your order will be charged.

Unfortunately, this method of payment is not available for all our events.
Note: this payment method is not always available from outside the country.


C) By credit card:

  • We accept VISA and MasterCards.
  • Payment is fast and secure (the steps you need to take may vary depending on your bank).
  • For optimum security, we use 3D Secure for all debit card payments.
  • Your tickets will be sent to you the same day (or the following day).
  • An additional cost of 2.1% on the overall amount of your order will be charged.

According to the time between the date on which you carry out your reservation and the date on which the event takes place, you will have the choice between two payment methods :
 
1. Payment by credit card and Bancontact/Mistercash :

This method of payment is always an available option. After selecting the card of your choice (Visa, Mastercard or Bancontact/Mistercash), you then enter your card number, expiry date and the security code on the back of the card.
We have adopted SSL encryption for secure credit card payment ensuring the confidentiality of your credit card data. This means that from the moment they are entered by you and transferred via the Internet, they are impossible to read.
 
2. Payment by bank transfer :

If the event takes place more than 11 days before the reservation, you can pay your purchases by bank transfer. Select your tickets online, then order them. Your tickets are reserved during 4 days in anticipation of your bank transfer on our account. As of reception of your payment, your tickets are sent to you. If the time between the date of reservation and the date of the event is less than 11 days, it is not sufficient to be able to ensure a payment by bank transfer. Consequently, with less than 11 days, only the payment by credit card will be available.

NOTE: this payment method is only available for EUROPEAN RESIDENTS (IBAN transfers only) .

No, if you place an order on our website, you automatically receive an e-mail to confirm your order.
In this e-mail, you will find the information for bank transfer payments:
amount – beneficiary – reference.
We never send our bank transfer forms by post.

The booking costs (or service costs) include the costs for processing your booking.
These are the system costs, the costs for the access monitoring systems and the staff expenses which are required for processing the booking.

The overall amount of a booking can be divided into 3 components:
  • the price of the ticket (per ticket)
  • the booking/service costs (per ticket - including the booking costs, marketing, costs for the venue, costs of the organiser, transport costs and so on).
  • the administration and postage costs (per order).

The costs for ordering e-tickets (postage costs) cover the administrative costs and amount to € 1.50.
In fact, these are the costs for generating, scanning and checking the tickets.

For physical tickets sent by post, the costs are € 2.50 (costs for the paper and envelope, and cost of postage).

Note: these costs are calculated for each order and not for each ticket.
In some cases there are no administrative costs.

To be sure that your order is processed correctly, you need to enter all the information correctly (amount, address, structured reference).

The structured reference is a 9- or 10-digit code that is linked directly with the payment for your order. If these digits are incorrect or missing, your order can't be processed and will be cancelled.

If you forgot to enter the reference when paying, you can give our customer service your account number or a copy of your bank account statement.

We use the reference on your transfer to link the payment to the order. So it is important that you transcribe the reference correctly, especially if you are paying under another name.

The costs for credit card/debit card payments are not charged to the customer, instead they are charged to Ticketmaster.
These costs can be invoiced to customers if this has been agreed by Ticketmaster and the official organiser of the event.
Ticketmaster has the option of including these costs in the service/booking costs or to specify them separately under ‘payment costs’.

We all make mistakes! Two things may have happened:

You have not paid enough

  • Transfer the remaining amount (with the same reference). Please also notify us by e-mail that the outstanding amount will be credited to our account within a few days.​

You paid too much

  • Normally, our system detects this mistake and our bookkeeping service gets a notification instructing them to refund you for the overpayment. Do, however, inform us by e-mail so that we can check whether our system has indeed detected the mistake.
