As you could use a single word or group of words for the subject you would like to perform search, you can also ask questions. Frequently Asked Questions search system is supported by the Natural Language Processing technology, it intends to provide you the most appropriate answers related to the issue you are searching.

Please, try to use explanatory expressions and try ask clear questions when you are performing the search as much as possible. For example; such as, “What are the payment terms?” or “Can we buy tickets by instalments?”

If you think that the answer you have found is not sufficient, you can fill in the form when it appears when you answer the question of “Is this answer sufficient for you?” as “No” and you can reach us in order to receive more detailed answer. Customer Relations officials will contact in the shortest time possible.

TO ORDER TICKETS

Home
  • Use the search function on the right-hand side of the home page to search for the event and select the one you are looking for.
  • Click on ‘Buy tickets’ in the events list
  • Select the required number of tickets
  • Select your seat for an event which has a seating chart showing available seating or click on ‘Best seats available’.
  • Click on ‘Buy
  • The selected seats will be displayed. Click on ‘Continue’, or on ‘Search again’ if you’re not happy with the seats.
  1. ​Log in to your customer account. If you have forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgotten your password?
  2. If you don’t have an account, click on ‘Register’ and complete the required fields.
  • Select your delivery method
  • Select your payment method from the available options.
  1. If you select payment by bank transfer, you will be sent the payment details by e-mail as soon as the order is completed.
  2. If you select payment by credit card/Bancontact, follow the instructions on the screen (these may vary depending on your bank).
  • Check if your address is correct
  • Tick the ‘I accept the terms and conditions of sale’ box
  • Tick the ‘Confirm purchase’ box
  • You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.

You can choose from the following payment methods:
  • by bank transfer: you will receive an e-mail giving you all the information you require for the payment
  • with a credit card: please submit your credit card information (MasterCard or Visa).

Most of our events have places available for people with mobility limitations. To book one of these places, you need to buy a ticket for the person with limited mobility and their companion.

For certain events, you can book VIP and group tickets as a private individual as well as for professional purposes.
Ticketmaster will then make sure that you get the best seating for the best conditions.

We send a confirmation e-mail for every order that is processed by our site. These e-mails are sometimes delayed if we have a major influx of visitors to the site.

To track the status of your order, log in to your account and click on the ‘My orders’ tab. There you will find an overview of your orders, with details about each order.

We do everything we can to give our customers the opportunity to choose their seating themselves using a seating chart.
When sales are high, however, we disable this option to prevent overloading of the website.
Even if this option is not available, our system always selects the best seats available at the time of ordering.
