As you could use a single word or group of words for the subject you would like to perform search, you can also ask questions. Frequently Asked Questions search system is supported by the Natural Language Processing technology, it intends to provide you the most appropriate answers related to the issue you are searching.

Please, try to use explanatory expressions and try ask clear questions when you are performing the search as much as possible. For example; such as, “What are the payment terms?” or “Can we buy tickets by instalments?”

If you think that the answer you have found is not sufficient, you can fill in the form when it appears when you answer the question of “Is this answer sufficient for you?” as “No” and you can reach us in order to receive more detailed answer. Customer Relations officials will contact in the shortest time possible.


1.      Payment by bank transfer

  • No additional fees
  • Your seats are reserved for a period of five working days, after which they may be cancelled in the case of non-payment.
  • We mail your tickets upon reception of your payment. Upon completion of your order all information necessary to execute the bank transfer is provided.
  • Careful: when you opt for a payment by bank transfer you create a reservation. It will be validated only upon reception of your payment!


•        When fewer than 10 days are left before the date of the event, a payment by bank transfer is no longer possible.  
•        We do not mail a bank transfer document. All information needed to prepare the transfer is provided in the confirmation mail you receive.

2.      Payment by credit card

  • We accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard
  • The payment procedure takes little time, and is secured. Details may vary depending on which bank you are affiliated with.
  • In order to optimize security we use 3D-Secure for all credit card payments.
  • Your tickets will be mailed to you on the same day (or the day after the payment)
  • When you pay by credit card, a fee of 2,10% is added to the total amount of your order. 


3    iDeal.  

  • This payment method is open to debit cards from the Netherlands only. 
  • The transaction takes little time, and is secured..
  • This payment method is offered with regard to a limited number of events only. 
  • A fee of €0,5 will be added to the total amount of your order.
